Integrated high-performance protection cover set for the clutch and alternator covers
The two rather complex original engine covers for the alternator and clutch are vulnerable in the event of an unfortunate tip-over or crash. To protect these sensitive housing covers, we have developed a set of precisely fitting, impact-resistant and lightweight covers. They feature an integrated, attractive design that reliably protects the vulnerable areas while also emphasising the design of the housing covers and, in particular, leaving the raised VOGE lettering exposed. Our developers have designed the component shape and mounting points of the covers so that mechanical loads and force peaks are distributed evenly across the respective component structure and dissipated. An elastomer moulded element made of silicone, fitted on the inside, provides additional damping. It also seals the covers against the alternator and clutch covers, keeping dirt, moisture and dust out. The covers can be installed in just a few minutes using the supplied fitting kit.
