For extreme use: the PRO version. Extra-reinforced, latest-generation high-performance shock absorber as an upgrade or replacement for the standard suspension. Developed to meet the highest demands of ambitious adventure riders who frequently ride off-road, touring riders who regularly travel with high payloads, and riders seeking additional safety reserves. With PDS bottom-out protection system and hydraulic spring preload adjustment (HPA).

• Our shock absorbers are developed specifically for each vehicle and intended use, delivering high performance and impressive reserves
• The balanced, sensitive damping behaviour of our suspension components ensures neutral, predictable handling and strengthens confidence in your motorcycle – and therefore your riding enjoyment
• The shock absorbers impress with excellent, transparent feedback: they optimise tyre contact with the road surface, wheel guidance and directional stability, and reduce tyre wear
• Individual damping adjustment: the high-quality shock absorber features high- and low-speed compression adjustment, i.e. compression damping can be adjusted depending on the speed of the compression stroke (or the speed at which the damping piston moves during the stroke)
• Rebound adjustment with 18 clicks allows precise individual fine-tuning of the damping using the suspension tool
• The shock absorber is equipped with a so-called PDS system which, under hard use, reduces the risk of bottoming out and the associated loads caused by harsh impacts
• The PDS system, together with the extensive options for individual rebound and compression adjustment, meets the highest demands of adventure and touring riders. It noticeably increases comfort and safety and can help reduce stress on the frame
• To achieve optimum, sensitive response behaviour,
• the oil channels are generously dimensioned to minimise oil flow resistance
• we use large-diameter pistons (46 mm)
• as well as low-friction seals and special shim stacks
• These closed shock absorbers feature an external, forged aluminium reservoir that supports the system’s thermal stability and performance through optimal heat dissipation
• The generously dimensioned oil volume and large cooling surface ensure
• a low, optimal operating oil temperature,
• which not only guarantees stable high-level performance,
• but also extends the service life of both damper and oil

• Spring characteristics and preload
• Hydraulic spring preload: the shock absorber is equipped with an encapsulated, very robust hydraulic preload adjuster. Preload is set conveniently via an easily accessible handwheel. The robust preload adjustment mechanism withstands the toughest conditions
• The wide adjustment range compensates for a broad variety of load conditions

• The PRO shock absorbers are the best shock absorbers for extreme use. They feature an even more robust design and their response is optimised through the selected components and reduced-friction seals. The following features characterise the PRO shock absorbers:
