Crucial Installation Requirements
- Belly Pan Removal Mandatory: Because the aggressive header tubes loop uniquely forward to exit quickly under the frame, you cannot retain the OEM lower plastic belly pan/cowl on the MT-03. The belly pan must be permanently left off the bike to clear the stainless pipes.
- Tuning Framework: The system features pre-welded oxygen sensor bungs to facilitate simple fuel tuning. While it runs safely on stock engine parameters, an ECU remap or an O2 sensor block off is recommended on later Euro 4 iterations to completely eliminate popping on deceleration
