Key Specifications
- Road Legality: Strictly not street legal. It is designed solely for track or closed-course use as it lacks an integrated catalytic converter.
- Materials: Lightweight carbon-fibre muffler sleeve, a handmade carbon-fibre end cap, and high-grade stainless steel header pipes.
- Weight Reduction: Saves 3.0 kg (dropping the system weight by 41.7% compared to the heavy stock exhaust).
- Performance Gain: Adds 2.6 hp (1.9 kW) at 9,100 rpm and 3.2 Nm of torque at 5,800 rpm.
Crucial XSR700 Fitment Notes
- Engine Check Light (CEL): If you bolt this onto a 2022–2024 Euro 5 spec XSR700, the lack of a catalytic converter will cause the bike's lambda/O2 sensors to trigger a dashboard Engine Check Light. You will need an ECU flash, a fuel tuner, or an O2 sensor spacer to clear the error code.
- Accessory Clearance: This high-exit sporty configuration is compatible with the factory configuration, but it cannot be fitted alongside optional rear luggage stays or side pannier bags on the right-hand side due to heat and clearance constraints.
