This exhaust has been developed for use on closed competition circuits using race-proven materials. The silencer features a high-grade lightweight titanium outer sleeve, sandblasted and coated for increased durability and easier cleaning. The stylish appearance is further highlighted with a handmade carbon-fibre end cap and muffler clamp.
The slip-on kit delivers a weight saving over the standard stock exhaust. Testing on the Akrapovic in-house dyno showed performance improvements of 4.9 bhp, and torque increased by 4.5 Nm when compared to an Aprilia fitted with the stock exhaust.
Designed to produce a full and vivid sound, the exhaust is compatible with Euro 5+ motorcycles equipped with two lambda sensors.
For optimum performance of the Akrapovic exhaust, remapping is required.
