Development with an emphasis on aesthetics, sound, and weight reduction led to this newly designed titanium exhaust with an imprinted surface to add strength and durability.
It offers a deep sound and a weight saving of 42.2% (1.8 kg) over the standard stock exhaust. A carbon-fibre end cap and heat shield complete the look, with a stainless-steel link pipe and the inner structure of the silencer completing the slip-on kit.
During the development phase, Akrapovic engineers focused on throttle response, and performance has been boosted by an increase in power of 1.1 bhp at 7,900 rpm and a torque rise of 1.0 Nm at 8,000 rpm when compared with a standard stock exhaust and tested on the Akrapovic dyno.
It is fully road legal and meets EC/ECE type-approval certificate - Euro5+, the new regulation from 2024 onward. The previous regulation, Euro5, was valid until 31 December 2023.
The plug-and-play installation means no remapping is required.
