Critical Fitment & Mapping Realities
- Fuel Remapping Mandatory: Because this racing manifold completely bypasses the factory catalytic box and drastically accelerates exhaust velocity, running the engine on standard fueling maps will cause it to run dangerously lean. Akrapovič strongly recommends pairing this pipe with a custom ECU flash or a matching fuel management mapping (such as specialized Dynojet or Rapid Bike modules) to optimize throttle response and prevent engine damage.
- Passenger Footpeg Delete: This kit is packaged alongside a carbon-fibre hanger bracket that requires you to permanently remove the passenger/pillion footrest hangers on the right side to properly mount the muffler.
